摘要:秋意渐浓时,许多人出现喉咙干痒、皮肤紧绷、干咳少痰、心烦失眠等不适,这些多与“秋燥”有关。中医认为燥为秋季主气,易伤肺,引发诸多“干燥”症状,还可能影响情绪。为平稳度过秋季,需把握“润”字,从饮食、起居、情志、运动等方面综合调养。饮食以“甘润”为要,推荐百合等食材及多款百合药膳;起居应早卧早起、避寒就温;情志上要保持乐观,远离“悲秋”;运动宜温和,固护正气。主动调养可顺应天时,滋阴润燥,积蓄能量迎接寒冬。 关健词:秋燥;中医养生;饮食润燥;起居调养;情志调节;运动保健

Abstract:As autumn deepens, many people experience discomforts such as dry and itchy throat, tightskin, dry cough with little phlegm, restlessness, and insomnia. These are often related to“ autumn dryness.”Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) believes that dryness is the predominant climatic factor inautumn, which easily injures the lungs, leading to various“ dryness” symptoms and potentially affectingone’s mood. To navigate autumn smoothly, it’s essential to focus on “moistening,” adopting comprehensiveadjustments in diet, daily routine, emotions, and exercise. The diet should emphasize“ sweet andmoistening” foods, with ingredients like lily bulb recommended, along with several related medicinalrecipes. For daily routine, one should sleep early and rise early, avoiding cold and seeking warmth. Emotionally,maintaining optimism and distancing oneself from“ autumn sorrow” is advised. Exercise shouldbe gentle to consolidate the body’s defensive energy. Proactive health preservation helps one harmonizewith the seasonal changes, nourish yin, moisten dryness, and build energy to welcome the cold winter.
